In this class, children will learn fundamental freestyle and backstroke skills with emphasis placed on the coordination and timing of the strokes as well as the development of a strong flutter kick. Skills include novice freestyle, novice backstroke, elementary backstroke, side glide, treading, kneeling dives, and safety skills.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of all Jellyfish skills

Class length: 30 minutes
(Session Two: No classes March 27th-April 1st)

Fees: $62 Resident / VRC Member; $72 Non-Resident
